Riga

Warehouse GP TERMINALS - Airport is located in the territory of the business park of international airport «Riga». The logistics center with the total area of 30 000 sq m with a terminal for the goods processing and further distribution was built as four separate warehousing complexes and administration building with office premises.

Total area of the warehousing complex is 26`946.7 sq m. The logistics and distribution center includes three separate warehousing complexes, each warehouse is approx. 8 000 sq m. To secure fast and efficient goods processing and excellent storage conditions conforming to A class warehouse classification) the warehouses are equipped according to the state-of–the-art technology. The territory is protected with a fence, 24- hour security, 76 video surveillance cameras inside the premises and along the perimeter. For safety considerations limited access system with magnetic entry cards is in place.

Excellent transportation infrastructure secures convenient approach to the logistics center.

  • Within 1-minute drive - the airport ”Riga” and highway junctions in the direction of Ventspils, Liepaja, Lithuania and circular road to Estonia.
  • Within 10-15 minutes drive to the Riga seaport and the Riga center.
  • A walking distance to the motorcar and truck parking.


Warehouse technical characteristics:

  • Overall height in storage premises– 12 m.
  • Storage height – 9.5m (5 storage levels).
  • The warehouse is equipped with the shelves that can be adjusted to the customer needs and the type of the stored products.
  • Palletizing of products that require direct access to each packaging unit.


Live storage warehousing for the products with a big number of packing units of the same SKUs in conformity with FIFO (first in – first out) principle, which prevents «freezing» of the goods.

  •  The ramps and the gates are suitable for transport vehicles of various carrying capacity – 20 tons, 10 tons, containers and minivans.
  • Floor covering is dustproof, antistatic, neutral.
  • Built-in automatic vents activated by the fire-extinguishing anti-smoke alarm system.
  • Lighting in the warehouses – 190-230 lux.
  • Staff rooms in the warehouse goods acceptance and delivery areas.
  • Minimal winter temperature +10’C.
  • Maximum summer temperature +27’ C.
  • Indoor humidity control secured by sensors.
